Shared the love with My Los Chamisos Group and no picture of food left to share!

MEAT FILLING:
1 cup walnuts or pecans (soaked for 2 hours)
1 tablespoon braggs or tamari
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of black powder

CHEESE FILLING:
1 cup pine nuts (soaked for 2 hours)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt

TOPPING:
Creme Fraiche
chopped chives
Microgreens

CREME FRAICHE:
1 cup cashews (soaked for 2 hours) Not a huge fan of cashews next time I will try walnuts!
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice

WRAPPER:
1 large round turnip, peeled cut these with a mandoline; couldn't find mine so I just cut them!
( I also used some almond crackers for dipping)

ASSEMBLE:
Place a small dollop of meat and cheese filling on the rounds (turnip) and then close like a taco. Top with Creme Fraiche! I also cut up some zucchini and placed a little bit of the fillings and creme on each piece!
